ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING TENURE-TRACK FACULTY POSITION

The Electrical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California (Cal Poly) is excited to invite applications for a full-time, academic year, tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor rank beginning Fall 2025.

The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to project-based and hands-on learning and engaging in research collaborations with undergraduates and master’s students. Candidates with demonstrated experience in any of the following technical areas are encouraged to apply:

- Electronic Design (analog, digital, and/or mixed signal)
- Sensor/Actuation Systems including WSNs
- Digital Signal Processing with High-Performance Hardware
- Standards-based Systems Design and Project Management
