This award will be for the best submitted papers to the proceedings, and all faculty and students are eligible. The program chair will identify and select the highest scoring paper using ASEE’s paper review process scoring system to be recognized as the Division’s Best Paper. In case of a tie, the program chair will solicit a panel of three (3) former Division chairs to break the tie via a simple majority. The selected paper will be nominated for the Best PIC I Paper.
