Spouse/Guest rate

Spouses/guests must be registered for the conference to participate in any conference event.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are no longer accepting registration cancellation requests. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2008. There will be no refunds for individuals who register for the meeting but do not attend.

Please note: There are no exceptions to this policy.
